An Inspection visit gives you the opportunity to see properties in Cyprus within your budget and requirement first hand as well as getting to know the areas. Before arriving in Cyprus, your Representative will clarify your requirements. Company is working with the travel agency which will help clients to make ready the necessary documents for entering the country.

* there are three kinds of accommodations, depending on the level of the hotel(3*4*5*). For every level of hotel the client will be offered a choice.

Prices estimated for one person include, flight ticket, transfer, accommodation in a hotel of the clients choice.

  • 3* Hotel Prices are between €450 - €540
  • 4* Hotel Prices are between €541 - €600
  • 5* Hotel Prices are between €601 - €750

Also the client will need to pay the guarantee fee of €200.

Thus, prior to your arrival, your personal Representative will arrange for you to view the properties that match the requirements that you have asked for. We will plan your criteria and have ready your itinerary for your visit. Along the way, we’ll have the opportunity to visit points of interest including beaches and golf courses etc as well as the amenities.

The above itinerary is only an example and time schedules can vary according to your requirements and familiarity with the Cyprus property market etc. Inspection trips have been developed to suit the individual requirements and ensure that any person with intention to invest in a property will get the opportunity to do so in the time allocated.

  1. Day 1 / Arrival Day
    Arrive in Cyprus and if time permits, discuss with your Representative your requirements and go over your itinerary.

  2. Day 2
    Visit the locations, view interested properties.

  3. Day 3
    Redefine your requirements, re- view properties that you have an interest in. Arrange legal and financial details.Arrange for the paperwork to be done by the developers for the property of your choice.

  4. Day 4 / Departure Day
    Leave for the airport.

Legal and Financial

All of the financial aspects of buying a property will be fully explained to you including annual costs, legal formalities and letting potential. Upon request we may help you open a bank account should you wish to do so. We do advise that you take legal advice before you purchase a property in Cyprus and company upon request can recommend a selection of reputable lawyers who speak fluent English.

We advise that you bring with you all relevant paperwork necessary for the bank and that when you decide on the property of your choice, you have the necessary credit cards, cash, cheque to pay the deposit.

If the property is to be in different names (or husband and wife) then the necessary paperwork will be needed from the second party.
